To say I’m disappointed with the lack of response from Zonbu about my issues, would be putting it mildly.
Not only did I blog about things in great detail here, providing lots of background info, but I also wrote them via their support links on their web site.
I haven’t heard a thing. Is it a holiday in California today?

It’s a sad thing things aren’t starting off well for you.. If I was Zonbu, I’d pay even more attention to reviewers/bloggers, as the last thing you need at a startup of a new (or first)) product, is negative feedback.
I’m sure they’ll do something asap, or I’d say Zonbu will die about as fast as it started. Shame.
To their credit, in previous days they have been responsive to various issues. However, this is a bit more serious than those were.
Hopefully we’ll hear something soon.
